Seamless. Best web site ever. Very well organized, prompt, efficient. I think my car might have been worth more than the deduction given, but not a big deal. I would like to know more about how the organization helps kids, too. The 2 night deal is a little confusing with many details. I would like to give it to my daughter and son in law, but it looks like transfer is not easy. Otherwise great.

I emailed them on Friday morning. They emailed me an offer, which was very fair, and within a couple of hours, they came to my house and picked up the car and paid me cash on the spot. No hassle. No grief.
