The pick up process for my car was AMAZING !! My son accidentally took the keys to the car to work and had to come home when the driver came. The driver was the nicest, patient, and most understanding person I had ever met. He did a great job. The price I got for such an old car was very fair. Thank u so much for your help and for everything u did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get rid of their car.

Very professional. Gave a very open time frame of when you would be available to have the car picked up. The pick up driver was nice and professional as well. Very easy transaction. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent. Got called within 2 hours, set up pickup for next day. Gave a 2 hour window and when the FRIENDLY tow truck driver arrived it literally took 5. Minutes.

The Truck was more than an hour and a half late past the two hour pick up window. Not the worst thing, but it kept my wife and I from doing anything else that needed to get done.
