Tow truck was suppose to come on Wednesday, I called the company in the morning for and ETA, then texted a few hours later, no reply from them. I then called Gershow which called the tow company, I then heard from the tow company, The car was finally picked up Friday morning after waiting and wasting an entire day. Gershow was easy and pleasant to work with.
