I contacted GreenPro after seeing an ad in Clipper magazine. I am very happy I did! Andreas just left my home after taking his time and getting the job done right! I have no complaints with the service tech. My understanding is that he did a good job. My complaint is with the customer service. When I booked the appointment, I was told if we paid cash that we wouldn’t have to pay the tax, this was agreed-upon during the phone call. When the service tech gave my husband the invoice he charged the tax, my husband was confused, but it’s not one to argue. responded to an ad from GreenPro for a free inspection of a crawl space and was met with not only aggression by the owner but was cursed at as well! Who does that?
I called to reschedule a missed appointment. I was humble, apologized, and explained what happened. Their representative called me LAME. That Tells you about their lack of customer service . I TOOK MY LAME DOLLARS ELSEWHERE.
