Bob and the technician that he was training (sorry I could not remember her name) were both professional, friendly and very thorough. They were respectful of the property and informative. Both technicians have great personalities and are a tremendous asset to Humphreys.
Very efficient office that helps remind you when it's time for a visit and very helpful trying to find a convenient appointment time and date. Each technician is very friendly and thorough. I have been very pleased with every aspect of Humphreys Insect control for many years.
Great personnel and always professional
We are beyond happy with our service ! Humphrey’s is very easy to schedule service and very understanding if my plans change. I especially like that we know that the same person will be coming into our house for service. We were solicited by other companies and they would not guarantee that they would send the same person each time. I started using Humphreys based on recommendation from my neighbor who spoke highly of George. George has been our rep for years and he is awesome! Highly recommend !!
I have been happy with Humphrey's for 19 years. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so. My quarterly service is scheduled automatically by Humphreys and each time the appt is almost never good for me. Perhaps a more effective way would to send out an email a few weeks before its time to encourage customers to schedule their quarterly work.
