I give a 2 star now , The customer service sucks at this driving school some are ghetto fabulous real hood rats and my personal opinion , The best person that was there for many years and is no longer there because the owner got rid of her is Cindy Luciano, Definitely a great asset Very professional the best driving instructor Her personality is contagious very patient and knows her job without a doubt .I believe that she was treated unfair by the owner , And they should bring her back Because she's one that brings positi... read more

The lady that conducted the 5hr class was rude disrespectful and a racist not professional at all .
I cancelled my remaining 3 lessons because my instructor Jamel is a bad teacher, he spews information but isn't really "teaching". With only 2 lessons under my belt, I went to take the road test. I drove there with Ernest, he's a wealth of knowledge. He broke down the test for me in mins, and even told me characteristics of the road test instructors. I passed on the first attempt.
My first instructor was honestly trash so I switch to another instructor named Phil and when I tell you I passed my test the FIRST TIME with flying colors. Phil teaches you smart, he corrects you and doesn’t make you feel bad when you make mistakes. Most importantly be made me feel so comfortable behind the will. If you decide to use image to prepare for your road test, Phil is your man!

I started learning to driving at Image driving school with not a clue of what I was doing behind the wheel. But after just 18 lessons with Phil I can say with pride that I am not only a driver but a safe driver.
