We were very pleased with how the donation of our car was handled. It was picked up within two days from our mechanic’s station. We were given a time frame to choose from. We were also called 15 minutes before the driver arrived allowing us time to get to the station so we didn’t have to wait for the longer timeframe. The phone contact and the driver were efficient, courteous and friendly. It was a very positive experience!
