You service was good . Unfortunately, probably not your fault tow truck broke down (Newark, NJ , not Newark , Ohio) . That delayed pickup of my vehicle 48+ hours.

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was so kind to me. He explained exactly what would happen to pick up my old minivan at my house. Also, he gave me a great price (I had contacted several places) for my minivan. The gentleman, Angel, who picked up my van was right on time and was very patient and nice too. It was a wonderful experience as everything went smoothly. Next time, I will call Klein Recycling first and not bother contacting anyone else. I highly recommend Klein Recycling to everyone!!
