The only thing I would suggest is better clean up after. There were little rings (washers, maybe?). Otherwise, the installers were on time, polite and quick.

Excellent product...Railings are beautiful & add so much curb appeal! Neighbors are asking where we bought the railings b/c they look like a very high end product. Installation was fast & no mess was left behind. Would just like a more timely manner in scheduling the installation. There seems to be a lack of/breakdown of communication when trying to schedule the product to be installed. Paperwork was lost the 1st time & we had to start all over w/a man coming to our home to re-measure & take photos. Now we're waiting a VER... read more

Excellent service delivered what was promised. Installers did a nice job, very professional . I've had great comments about the porch look.
Great solution for my porch. Wanted an "L" shape railing but doing it in one section would've encroached onto a walking path where the final post would've needed to be. Two sections! That was the solution and it worked beautifully! They matched the details so it looks amazing! Didn't want railings or need them by code, but older folks had trouble. Now it's a striking accessory that is visually exciting, I love the job they did and the quality is outstanding!!
I won't know until tomorrow if they actually do good work. I was told someone would come Friday 7/19 but no one showed up. I called, left a message asking what happened and got a call back Saturday afternoon. The person answering had no idea what happened or that the installation didn't happen, made a call found out the installer "ran out of time" apologized that no one called me. Then I'm told that the truck is already packed for Monday so I'll have to wait till Tuesday. So I'm supposed to feel like a valued customer when ... read more
