everyone was so patient, which was nice. I was having a hard time picking tile for a new bathroom. I started at Mondial and I ended at Mondial. I went everywhere to look at tiles but they have the most choices and their expertise is incredible. Plus they were able to help me understand things about myself and the process. To say they were accommodating, and helpful would be a gross understatement. They were not only helpful in picking out styles, but also recommending various economical options. Everyone was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable in any of the products related to my bathroom renovation. Customer service at Mondial Tiles is exceptional and so is the quality of products that they carry. We worked with their team ( Sandro, Rosanna, Alex and others) as we renovated 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. They were so supportive and patient as we pondered the various options.
