We received attentive service while being able to view their large selection of tiles. The staff made excellent design suggestions. Overall shopping there was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend visiting their store when planning a tile job.

I am a designer and have been a customer of Mondial for at least 25 years. How wonderful it is to have a knowledgeable, trustworthy, stone fabricator/tile dealer. This is a generational family run business. That is a pleasure in this day and age. There is no need to go anywhere else for your tile/Stone purchases.

Under an extremely tight timeline, Sandro as always provided the all the information I needed in the shortest amount of time to get the order into production. We had to go back and forth a few times changing quantities and Sandro was calm and understanding even under the time crunch. I am an architectural designer and have been working with the Mondial clan. They are exceptional in client service and integrity. How I wish other vendors would be as easy and helpful to work with. Sandro was most helpful, & accommodating, & patient, with all of our questions, & changes. Very Professional,& knew his products well. Suggested many options to align with our choices. All cartons, were marked for contractors ID, & use in installing in correct areas of bathroom. Delivery was also very professional, & orderly, & arranged in order of install for contractor! Could Not be happier with service, & details.
