My car was slipping and i thought was a transmission issue. I took it into New Millennium Transmission and after they scanned it they told me it was just some loose fuse and fixed it immediately without any charge. I am sure if I took it to any other place they will tell me it is may transmission and charge me thousands of dollars. The manager was very polite and professional. This was my first time visiting New Millennium Transmissions . I must say the welcome I received from the staff was awesome & greatly appreciated. I had no wait time even though I went there in the late afternoon. Their honesty was remarkable when diagnosing my transmission and the service was A+. Very good shop that's been in business for 20 years in any business I feel experience is everything as I wouldn't go to a new doctor for surgery Fixing your transmission is comparable to a major operation Long story short my car stopped moving in the middle of Kings highway and I called these guys They towed the car in for free and checked and scanned for free I was very pleased with the level of communication as after the transmission was down I even got to come back to see what was damaged Which I found pretty cool High pr... read more

They were helpful, honest, patient, and they were extremely friendly not to mention the fact that they really did try their best to give me the best price for a good quality job done. I received my car back today and it's running like brand new. I was having serious issues with my transmission and was worried about it breaking down completely on me.
