Bad service. They took the furnace filter and said I needed a new filter and never returned w a new filter or to fix the furnace. They never mentioned I’d have to pay a fee for the visit. They got nothing accomplished. They did nothing. Now they’re harassing me with bills, phone calls, threatening to ruins my credit and put a lien on my house if I don’t pay them $289.00. Had they told me from the start I would have to pay for them to come look at the furnace I would have said “Don’t come”
I called someone out to look at my a/c unit already; they were going to charge me for a cleaning. Olympia Fuel Oil fixed it over the phone and saved me buckets of money!

I do not like ACs. Hope there is no draft during winterization, however children like it cold in their room. Ice water would be a preference, trying to convince others on that.
