After being mostly disappointed with several other HVAC service companies I fortunately came upon Olympia via the Fujitsu website in hopes of finding a competent and reliable company to service my multiple ductless mini split combination air conditioning and heating units. Steve has now successfully diagnosed and repaired two of my 4 units. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. This company is delightful to work with. After 40 years with another company, 5ey sold their business and the company that bought it is a huge disappointment in response, knowledge and professionalism. So glad we found Olympia - and a huge shout out and thank you to Perry for his helpfulness. My bedroom Fujitsu ductless unit stopped working in January winter so I had no heatin my bedroom.. I called Olympia (Steven Nathanail) and he was able to come out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Superb communication and he even called me from his prior stop to let me know he was on his way. I am very happy with his service and can highly recommend them.

The service and overall experience with Olympia can not really be put into words. Our issue was regarding our boiler and heat in our home in the height of the winter was fixed right away. Costa was at our door within 15 minutes of calling. As homeowners we are very grateful for Costa and his help with fixing the issue in our home.
