I recently had an emergency when our furnace stopped working and a home had no heat. Olympia Fuel responded immediately and sent out Kosta (Kostantinos) Nathaniel who was exceptional from the moment he arrived. His professionalism, knowledge and conference were immediately clear. Olympia Fuel Oil, is a company you can count on, called and they were there within 2 hours (and I was not even a supported customer). Their technicians are second to none. Our previous oil company gave up trying to fix things. Kosta was able to evaluate, re-wire and had the burner up and running in less than 10 minutes. The entire company was a treat to work with, they are that good. I switch over to their support contract and automatic oil delivery, while they were cleaning up.

Contacted Olympia for service on my boiler. From the initial call, I was impressed. They spoke to me with respect and responded to my needs immediately. By the next day they sent a technician to address the issue with my boiler. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and obviously well qualified. He even made adjustments to my boiler to make it run more efficiently. Like they say… “Good business is where you find it” and I found it with Olympia.
