Olympia has decisively proven their competence, reliability and integrity, during the current heat wave (August 2022). We have a multi-zone mini-split AC system serving our co-op apartment in Forest Hills. We ran into an extended bout of an overflowing drain pan on one of the indoor units. Steve, one of the co-owners, persevered and ultimately solved the problem where others had abandoned their efforts. He's a man of his word.
