I had such a good experience with Olympia! Someone picked up right away when I called about my AC drain pan being clogged. They connected me to Steven, who was very knowledgeable and competent right off the bat. Steven was helpful and informative in our communication leading up to the visit. He and Kosta were friendly, professional, and very efficient when they serviced the AC. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what happened and what to do if the issue arose again. We just moved into our new home and couldn’t figure out why we had no hot water. Kosta and Andrea came, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to explain everything to us as first time homeowners. They were kind, professional, and thorough. They even walked us through a maintenance schedule so we know how often to have our system cleaned and serviced moving forward. Overall, a great experience! We highly recommend Olympia Fuel!

I recently had an emergency when our furnace stopped working and a home had no heat. Olympia Fuel responded immediately and sent out Kosta (Kostantinos) Nathaniel who was exceptional from the moment he arrived. His professionalism, knowledge and conference were immediately clear. He diagnosed the issue precisely something other companies in the past failed to do even after taking much longer and making multiple visits. Kosta identified the exact part we needed, located it first thing the next morning, and return right away... read more
