Olympia expertly services my gas fired boilers. I had a major AC problem last week - suddenly no AC, 84 degrees in my home - and I did not know who to turn to as my previous AC guy moved from NYC/NYS. I called Olympia for a possible reference and they informed me they also do AC work. The problem was fixed and fixed quickly! I had no idea what the cost might be and it seemed high so what might be helpful is to set some kind of expectation before technician arrive. I was told there is a leak and then it will be very costly to fix the leak but it was costly just to get the unit going again Also my technician came from the far reaches of Brooklyn which I’m sure was irritating costly for him before he even started on the problem. I needed work on my ductless AC system. The work was excellent. Steven was handling the problem and he was extremely careful and thorough. He didn't rush and made sure he was 100% certain of the problem before fixing it.
