Steven was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to service our split a/c heat through the wall systems.
The entire staff at Olympia Fuel was courteous, professional and worked closely with us to resolve our problem. Mike and Mario were the technicians assigned. They were meticulous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work to be performed. Kudos to Olympia!
Steven patiently walked me through (on the phone) all the steps needed to get our Fujitsu ductless a/c and heating unit working again. We had been advised by another HVAC company to replace our unit, which would have cost thousands. I truly appreciate his knowledge and technical expertise! I will be calling him with any future issues that arise.

I was so worried that I was going to have to buy a new boiler that when he pulled out a wire and said this piece is done and it will take me a few minutes to change it .. literally it felt like 5 minutes and he tapped a yellow switch and I saw fire .. I was speachless and thankful and I knew tonight I was going to sleep warm and comfy and even through a pandemic .. everything was right in the world .. Thank you guys sooooooo much .. you're awesome!
