It was great. Jill Lopano is the best. She made this process so easy. She was very helpful answered every question every phone call. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. My son will officially be starting school in September and i cannot thank her enough.
I contracted the school through there website in reference to the court reporting program. Ms. Cindy McMahon responded immediately. She’s been truly helpful through the entire process. Ms. McMahon is very knowledgeable and explained in detail how the course worked. She recommended I take the NCRA’s A to Z* 4 week program which is free, just to see if court reporting is for me. Extremely helpful Administration staff I was so pleased it felt so supported in my decision to attain my education at Plaza College.
Advisor Monica Serhan was enthusiastic throughout my meeting with her, helping me understand the basis of court reporting very well, what type of skill set the job requires, allowing me to practice using the machine for a short while, and explained what a future in the stenography field can look like.
I just registered for court reporting at plaza college and had a great experience while doing so. Everyone was extremely helpful especially Cindy from admissions , she walked me through everything from start to finish and I can’t wait to start school! I highly recommend looking into this school and just even going there to check it out if you’re interested in any way.
