Sewers backing up, graduation ceremonies in 4 hours and a huge party planned for the weekend. One call to very pleasant people was all it took. I was informed a short time later that a tech was in route. A service tech arrived promptly, (Shaun) and got right to work. He kept me informed as he went along, disaster avoided, problem solved and graduation went off on time. Thank you.
