As a custodian in a school, my time is very important. The technician arrived within the promised time slot. Promptly diagnosed the problem and kept me informed during the entire process. He made sure to clean up after the job was done, which is something many contractors do not do. . Very courteous. The office staff is also great! Definitely recommend Powerflo.

Tech Tom was very prompt, knowledgeable and patient at searching for the sewer line and skillful at cleaning it out. He also was very good at explaining everything and the choices and prices we had.

The service man was extremely polite and explained everything he was going to do.. He cleaned up after he finished snaking and checked and double checked that the drain was cleared. He was a great service man. I would definitely recommend using this company.
