Wow where do I begin?. First with the phone call to PowerFlo. I spoke with a real live body from the company (the owner), not some uninformed answering service person. I received and honest price which was the price I paid. Also the updates via text with the exact time of arrival. The technician was fast and efficient. There was no B.S.. It was just seamless from start to finish. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT job by Powerflo.

Where do I begin?. First of all it starts with the phone call. My call was received within seconds. I am speaking with someone directly with the company, not someone with an answering service that is short on the phone and uninformed. Everything that had to do with what is the status of their technicians as far as availability and when a time and updated text regarding arrival was spot on perfect. No B.S.. You have to like that. As far as the price the work of the technician I felt I recieved work back in the ear

YOU HAVE REPLIED PROMPTLY TO OUR SERVICE CALLS In the space of a month, we had two second floor bathroom plumbing emergencies. Both times, employee Bob Farley came and handled the emergencies quickly and professionally. Better yet, he cleaned up after himself and removed junk pipes etc. I do think your company can scale pricing a bit for a second job at the same time To wit: $125 to snake toilet. Then another $175 to snake the same toiket's sink. Both took no mire than 40 minutes combined.

I had a flood in my house and was very anxious. The workers were patient and put me at ease. The issue took 2.5 hours to fix, but they did not leave until it was resolved. I would highly recommend them.
