I dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday may 14th 2019 at around 11am. The gieco claims adjuster has been calling me stating that the shop refuses to have them come come see the damage on the vehicle. I have been renting a car from enterprise ever since I dropped off my car. it's been almost a week and nothing has been done. No repairs no estimate nothing, I tried to recover my vehicle on Saturday may 18th and the shop refused to release my vehicle.
