Amanda and Manny spent a lot of time explaining things to me since my car was totaled and could not be repaired. A few weeks later I needed documents and they were quick to provide them. I also rented a car there which was very convenient
They guys at Willis are great, their work is top notch!! I had an accident in another state, had it repaired there. They did a terrible job. Brought my car home and went to Willis, Dominic got in touch with my insurance company and handled everything. When i got my car back after the repairs it look like new. Fantastic job !!!. I would highly recommend them.!!!!

After i was hit by another driver, I thought getting my vehicle repaired was going to be hassle/struggle. As well as getting to work & getting where ever I needed to be.... Josh made everything so easy & seamless for me!!! I dropped my vehicle off on the way to work the day after being hit..... i briefly filled out paperwork & was given a rental. I was on my way like nothing happened, getting to work on time!! I recommend anyone I know & am defenitly a customer for life !
This a professionally run operation. The employees I interacted with were efficient , business - like but friendly at the same time. The front office was small but very clean and organjized. Most importantly, they repaired my 2013 prius beautifully. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would rate this shop a 10 and highly recommend them. Great job.
