As usual the crew was friendly and efficient. They arrived when scheduled and emptied one of my cesspools. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved due to a collapsed pipe. This could only be ascertained after the area was dug up and another crew of yours tried to snake the pipe . The gentleman, I believe his name was Tom, was very nice and tried hard to succeed. All in all I was happy with the services .
