New build 2010 Mondrian Hotel 150 Lafayette. Upon building startup water was not leaving the building through gravity main drain.. Ptrap had water pressure from above floors.. We used a camera to check from ptrap to sewer. All clear, not collapsed.. Upon pulling the sewer caps the A&L crew points out the main sewer line was loaded with construction debris blocking my discharge outlet.. They called in the tanker truck.. Hooked up to fire hydrant. Always fast when responding to an emergency. You need to number or name your grease trap locations in the building when you perform maintenance so we can look back to see what grease traps were cleaned last night or last month.
