Show up as promised, or call to reschedule. Ginger said you would come between 12-2. When no one came by 2:30 we called and were told ‘within the hour’. No one came nor did we get a call. I called the next day and then you did come.

You serviced our customer timely in a dire need, however after the matter was taken care of we tried to coordinate and requested a price to have the clients grease trap serviced on a reguala basis. We called 3 times to get a quote over a period of 1-1/2 weeks, we still have not received a return call. The client at this point took it upon himself and hired another company
