John arrived early in the morning which was perfect. Worked through the initial problem, clogged kitchen sink drain. The on to the 1/2 bath sink which also was clogged. Got that taken care of. All done within 1 1/2 hours, or so. Price for the work was VERY reasonable. About 1 hour after he left I went to the basement to do some laundry and noticed about a foot of water in the slop sink next to the washing machine. Called their office and they turned John around and he got back in 1 hour. Had to snake a bit further than originally. All cleared and no extra charge for the return trip. Exceptional service. I'd highly recommend them
