I have no complaints about the technicians or the service itself, but I do have a complaint about the rude and aggressive attitude of Mrs. Katherin when I asked her why she was charging me for the second visit if she had said when I made the quote that it didn't work on the first one. The company offered a second visit free of charge, and I had no problem paying again. However, I was uncomfortable with the lady's attitude and the rude way she responded to me. I consider that this is not the correct way to treat a client.

Rashad was the nicest guy ever!! But he was unable to close holes behind the stove and missed holes under counter and sink areas. My husband finally completed the work by squirting foam in those places Rashad missed. After Rashad left we caught at least 6-8 baby mice on traps. They wouldn’t stop coming for about 2 weeks.

Couldn't sleep because of all the ants in my house...around 11 pm I sent a message to All Platinum--got a response in a few minutes....they came the next day--and fixed everything----now I can sleep--good night :)

I had a swarm of flying ants in my house. Chris came and treated cleaned up all the ants and even came back to check that everything was ok!!!

I had a very strange insect situation! I was bitten daily by a mysterious microscopic insect on a regular basis. I have screens on my windows & have never had a mosquito bite in 35 years. The building next door is being gutted & I noticed their rear windows were knocked of a building that was vacant for 5 years. Checking the internet it seemed my brobken was mice & bird related. I am not Coles Dockside but I wanted to commend Mike Bonner for taking care of my problem and being so nice to my mom and I know longer have a pest problem I will recommend All Platinum and Mike if anyone asks about a exterminator company
