Wow. Prices have doubled since last year????? Had two sites treated for wasps last summer for $600. Had one site treated today - $600. Will think hard about calling them next time!
I have no complaints about the technicians or the service itself, but I do have a complaint about the rude and aggressive attitude of Mrs. Katherin when I asked her why she was charging me for the second visit if she had said when I made the quote that it didn't work on the first one. The company offered a second visit free of charge, and I had no problem paying again. However, I was uncomfortable with the lady's attitude and the rude way she responded to me. I consider that this is not the correct way to treat a client.
