I have no complaints about the technicians or the service itself, but I do have a complaint about the rude and aggressive attitude of Mrs. Katherin when I asked her why she was charging me for the second visit if she had said when I made the quote that it didn't work on the first one. The company offered a second visit free of charge, and I had no problem paying again. However, I was uncomfortable with the lady's attitude and the rude way she responded to me. I consider that this is not the correct way to treat a client.

Rashad was the nicest guy ever!! But he was unable to close holes behind the stove and missed holes under counter and sink areas. My husband finally completed the work by squirting foam in those places Rashad missed. After Rashad left we caught at least 6-8 baby mice on traps. They wouldn’t stop coming for about 2 weeks.
the Roches gone but my disgusting house guest and lack of respect for my house caused the roaches to come back.
