4 Star : Likely to Recommend Gordon, the appraiser said that I could keep the old grill and for me to take it off before it arrived at the body shop. I did so and left it inside the back of the vehicle. When I got home from work after picking up the vehicle, I opened the back window and there was no grill. There was no need to go into the back of my vehicle, all the work done was on the front.
