3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Windshield fluid reservoir had to be replaced but they never refilled it with washer fluid, which I thought they should have done. Minor issue I know but nonetheless made an impression. 4 Star : Customer Service Manager seemed impatient when I tried to ask him any questions.
