5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service Except for the call that my car was ready, I always had to call to receive any kind of update. It would have been nice to be kept in the loop a little - especially when timelines kept getting pushed back.
3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality No complaints, they even cleaned the inside of my car. 4 Star : Customer Service Just wish the communication was better. I was never called or updated on the process of my vehicle, even when I was told I would be called.
5 Star : My Experience Every single staff member was very nice. They answered all my questions and kept me updated via texts and calls as to how progress was going. They even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me down the road which I didn't know was even possible. The car came back in perfect shape and looking brand new again. And they were excited to make the deadline I needed for a movie premiere I needed the car back for.
