They were clear in explaining what was going on and so understanding when I kept calling to check in. I dealt mainly with Jessie and she was simply amazing. I was shaken from a terrible experience at another shop and they completely restored my faith in auto body shops. They also have Bailey (a dog) who is an amazing calming presence.
