In preparing for our annual Fire Safety permit, the Approved Fire System team provided an analysis of our Sprinkler System to ensure proper operation prior to a crisis situation. The inspection was completed as processed, without any findings. We appreciate the time spent by Approved Fire technicians to explain the process and making this experience worry free.

I have known Lou Villafane for over 10 years and his work ethic is second to none. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he take his job seriously. As a Fire Captain I spent many of nights out in the field with compromised fire systems waiting for a technician to come out and work on the system to put it back in service. No matter what time of the day he always has a smile on his face when he arrives ready to go to work.
