B & P made it very easy for me. Right from the start the fabulous receptionist was friendly and pleasant while scheduling the repair job. Next I received a call letting me know the workmen were on their way. Both Rego and Carlos were professional and worked quickly. They showed me pictures of the top of my chimney so I could clearly see what it looked like. Then they cemented the base and installed a stainless steel chimney cap. We contacted B&P for a chimney cleaning and to determine whether it was necessary to install a clean-out door to the exterior of our chimney. Another company, referred by our oil company, told us the clean-out door was necessary to properly clean the chimney. The cost would have been $750. We immediately contacted B&P because they had serviced our chimney in the past. The very next day, they fully cleaned the chimney. No clean-out door was required.
