Paul called 1/2 hour before he arrived, perfectly on time with the appointment their scheduler had cleared. Team was polite, quick and talented. Work done, suggestions made on future and further work if at all possible. Kind and professional. I WILL have them back for annual check ups and cleaning. Thanks B&P!

Paul the owner came out to look at our job and noticed something both our plumber and another chimney company missed, one of our exhaust pipes was worn through. The quote for our chimney work was half of my first quote, the work was done quickly and professionally. I have already shared my experience with 2 other friends who are home owners.
