No heat on the day of the March nor/easter, plumber said chimney must be blocked. Called Bob and he was at my house within an hour. Confirmed that the ceramic liner was disintegrating after a gas conversion. Cleaned it out and got me going and recommended a stainless steel liner. He was able to have a crew come over and do it right away. Competitive price and the workers were extremely neat and professional and fast. Highly recommend B&P - honest, fast and very professional. Five stars.
