Showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion
The chimney cleaner did an excellent job this year but last year the cleaner tried to unscrew my wood burning stoves chimney pipe. That is not what is done. I had to tell him. 30 years and 2 woodstoves and no one ever tried to unscrew the chimney. He wanted soot all over my house?
