I originally hired Quality 1st Maintenance to clean my chimney. When they came they pointed out that my chimney was completely blocked. After the chimney clean my boiler would not stay on so I hired B and P. They removed all the nesting and debrees the first company got paid to do and didnt. Paul and his assistance was very courteous and helpful. They completed the job and went above and beyond their call of duty.
No problems making an appointment and the workers showed up on time. They even gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. They were both very nice and did a great job. I will use them again in the future.
WOULD RECOMMEND B&P CHIMNEY FOR ALL YOUR MASONRY REPAIRS AS WELL AS CHIMNEY CLEANINGS. THE OFFICE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY HELPFUL, THE MECHANICS WERE POLITE AND VERY NEAT. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE COMPARED TO SOME OF THE OTHER COMPANIES.
B&P were outstanding Bob came to the house undirected my chimney and talked me through every scenario. Bob was straight forward thorough informative and most importantly made me feel he cared. They were timely with my appointment and followed through on everything they said. I would recommend B&P to everyone great company great people definitely someone you can trust. Thanks
