We got good references on Paul so we did the job and everything seemed fine. Subsequently our boiler began to act up, so we called Paul. Paul did not obfuscate and did not give any excuses or try to blame us, he immediately was on the case. He kept on calling us back to make sure that things were under control and offered to take out the whole chimney liner.
