Service was provided within a few hours of our call. Omar was very professional and efficient and provided useful advice for preventing future drain problems. The charge was reasonable. We were very satisfied with the service.

The day before Thanksgiving my kitchen drain was clogged. That kept us from using the dishwasher, washing machine upstairs, master bedroom toilet and shower. First I called a plumbing company and their technician Rick after 2.5 hr work charged me $300 and left without opening the line. I called a 2nd company whose plumber worked for 3 hours with his 45' long snake and left without opening the drain.
