I own a Service Plumbing Company in the South metro area. I no longer clean drains and have since got rid of my drain tools. I have in the past referred Colorado Sewer Service Inc. for the past 12 years and for the most part have been happy with their service. Recently I have had the homeowner contact CSSI directly and have not been thrilled with their prices and work they have done. Hello Michael, I am responding to this review with many concerns. First, you mentioned you had left multiple messages yet, I only have received one message and that was left on Tuesday the 16th, you had not even given me 48 hours to respond, before posting this review. I have spoken with our technician regarding this service, when he arrived at this location, he checked the basement first to find it flooded with sewage water, paper and waste from the initial back up. Colorado Sewer Service was able to schedule the drain clearing service within a few hours of our call. Norman was very professional and efficient and was careful to leave a clean work area. The charge was reasonable. We were very satisfied with the service.

Horrible customer service. The agent is so rude and mean. How can anyone give this company a 5 Start? I call and am glad I don't have to deal with this company! Thank GOD. The date & time I called was 2/8/2023 at 8:pm
The day before Thanksgiving my kitchen drain was clogged. That kept us from using the dishwasher, washing machine upstairs, master bedroom toilet and shower. First I called a plumbing company and their technician Rick after 2.5 hr work charged me $300 and left without opening the line. I called a 2nd company whose plumber worked for 3 hours with his 45' long snake and left without opening the drain.
