WOW what an experience. I called at 8am and by 9 they were here and working. I have a complicated situation which took 3 different trucks and 3 technicians to tackle. They were here all day as each one felt it would be better for us to approach this clog differently than originally planned. All the techs were very nice and courteous, and also informative. I called for a same day appointment when my basement drain began to back up and I suspected it was tree roots in my main line. An hour later, Norman called to let me know he'd be over in thirty minutes. He was right on time, and very friendly and personable. He listened, agreed it was the main line, quickly located the cap and got to work. He explained his process every step of the way and was very thorough. From the moment I called a week ago to today when Antonio came out to clean my drains, I had a wonderful experience. The customer service representative I made the appointment with was so helpful and nice. And Antonio answered my questions and explained what he did. He gave me suggestions to help with preventing further clogs and treated me so well. I will only call Colorado Sewer Services in the future. Thank you so much for being such an amazing company and employing such excellent people.
I had a true plumbing disaster with our pipes blocked and water coming out of the sink - great fun. My plumber Nathan, owner of Blue Mountain Plumbing (also an amazing company), highly recommended Colorado Sewer Service Inc. based on their reliability, professionalism and ability to generally make it out to their client's homes within a day. They came out in 4 1/2 hours and cleared the drain. Eliot was the technician and he was personable and efficient. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.
Colorado Sewer Service is a company who stands behind their work! We have an older home that, 5 days ago, was having issues drainage we suspected were coming from the main line. We called another plumbing company who referred us to CSS. The customer service gal was very friendly and courteous! She was able to get a tech to us even though we're not in their regular area (although Louisville is and Lafayette is next door neighbors�hence the 4 stars) within a couple of hours.... Found Colorado Sewer Services on line. Reviews were good so we called as our toilets were not draining. Norman called us within an hour to say he was on his way. He found one clos in the line between the two toilets. But he didn't stop there. He found another clog in the line to the basement. He didn't stop there either. He found the last clog in the line to the street. The worst was the tree roots. He was extremely thorough and efficient. Also he was so personable. We had the main line backup about 6 years ago.
