I wish I could give more stars. We had rented a power auger three times within a two month period. We had reached the point of not being able to flush our toilets. These guys worked us into their busy schedule for the very next day, and even arrived before the appointment window. They were able to unclog a mess of tree roots that had basically closed off our mainline. They were amazing. To say we are grateful is an understatement. Every year we usually have a backup in our sewer line. Of course this one happened on a Saturday. In the past we have used a big name company. Well this time the tech was unable to clear the backup and said we needed hydroblast and followed up with cost of $2500. I said I could find a better option and he told me beware because they use the proper equipment. Colorado Sewer Service have been helping us with our 1969 house for years. They recently cleared a washer line for us and from the reception to the technician, Norman who did the work, were responsive, on time, efficient kind and courteous. I woul recomendó them highly!

The first plumber we called doesn't do drain cleaning but recommended Colorado Sewer Service. Norman arrived a few hours later that same day and got right to it. We couldn't find the drain access point though removing the toilet was modestly priced considering the work involved. I'm glad we did because Norman found a deteriorating seal that needed replacement and had been causing a regular odor even prior to the issue we called about.
