My experience with creative water is very positive They are Johnny on the spot when they say they’re going to be here they are. they tend to the task at hand and they explain everything to me and they show me what they are going to do. No question is too small . patient crew Would definitely recommend to family friends and neighbors

I just want to firstly say this company is outright disgusting.Please do not go here for employment and or service because the treatment and work environment given will result in mental abuse.I worked as an office assistant for Stuart Bodner and the type of vulgar language and anger this man alone was mental abuse enough never mind the fact that his other office assistant Rosa Hernandez who is disturbingly disrespectful, homophobic and racist towards customers and people in general.She made comments about some of the custome... read more
This company barely deserves the 1 start I'm giving it. I had them come a few times and each time, without fail , they charged to repair sprinkler heads that mysteriously broke shortly after. They refuse to explain their charges, aggressively call about billing after they fail to send the bills to the correct address, and make threats. With so many great options for services like these, steer clear and save yourself a horrible experience.
I had Creative water visit yesterday for the annual system turn-on. There must be a lot of happy customers because I had to wait several days for an appointment, which did not present a problem. The guys arrived on time, were pleasant to speak with, did their work quickly, and left...no muss. no fuss.
