we have been using your company for a few years. i have never had a problem until this past season. when your tech came to turn on my sprinklers he pulled out sprinkler heads that were “broken” without even consulting with me. in all the years i have been using the service the tech always consulted with me before he changed anything. one of the sprinkler heads that he took out was broken for a few years and i decided i didn’t want it replaced, well this year i had no choice as it was in his hand before he even spoke to me ab... read more
The tech was amazing; friendly and quick to get our system open for the season. He was however, almost 2 hours late. I wish when the office had called to tell me about the delay they would have left a message instead of calling twice, because I will not answer a call from a number I don't know. Leaving a message would have prevented me from having to call the office to see what the delay was.
Everything was fine.
Maybe provide them with plastic cover for their shoes.

Awful. My window of time for IGS closing was 9-10. It's now 10:41 and no one is here. I called the office and got the answering machine each time for 10 minutes. Left a message. No one called back. Called again and finally Rosa answered. She told me the technician was on a certain street and assumed that's where I was but he was on the south shore and I'm on the north shore.
