Super supportive staff who helped me out in a time of financial crisis. I had no idea if or how I could file for bankruptcy. They were understanding and guided me through the entire filing process. I'm much happier now and would recommend them to anyone.

Back in the late '90s my wife and I retained the services of David J Babel for joint bankruptcy. Everything went very smoothly and we were able to have a new beginning. Fifteen years later one of the creditors, a major university whose loan had been dismissed, sent us a bill with added-on late fees to their collection dept. We filed a few days before NYS passed a law that student loans were not dismissible. Mr. Babel sent them a letter stating the above facts.
