Back in the late '90s my wife and I retained the services of David J Babel for joint bankruptcy. Everything went very smoothly and we were able to have a new beginning. Fifteen years later one of the creditors, a major university whose loan had been dismissed, sent us a bill with added-on late fees to their collection dept.
