0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Very bad experience at the end , car was repaired good , but additional payment ( deductible)500 + tax i paid on phone and that credit card was hacked/ sold to fraudulent person and is continously being charged , i called from ctedit fraud department , so it is a matter of great concern that quality of service you guys provide and sell credit card for fraudulent activity? 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Never experienced anything in 30 years of getting a vehicle repaired. First finding out a body shop doesn’t accept insurance company. Then waiting over 2 months for parts and then picking up vehicle and doesn’t even shift. Service in this country is over. 5 Star : Customer Service I know it’s not body shop fault in getting parts they are dealing with the same issues everyone else that is in the service repair business 5 Star : Returned Clean

No one call after the fact to let me know, my car was damaged 3 days gone by no one call? I was calling to find out if my car was done then he gave me the bad news. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service When I first come in for service. I said hi to everyone in the office. They acted like I was not there. They keep their heads down in what ever they was doing and did not say hello or anything back.
3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I had a door put in, the only issue is this door is heavier than my original one and sticks on like .2 centimeters. It’s not obvious at all. Also there’s is this knob on the door that can’t tighted(needs to be done from inside the shell of the door) 4.5 Star : Repair Quality There were just 2 minor issues(that no one would notice at first glance) 5 Star : Customer Service
