Excellent! We love our new sofa, diningroom table and chairs. The owner and his associates were very friendly, and negotiated with us on an upgrade to more sturdy chairs. Communication was perfect, and our delivery came in less than a week, and the owner himself made the delivery! Highly recommended!
Great experience the salesmen were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They really helped me to get the couch that I love and fits into my room perfectly. They never pressured me into buying anything. The couches came in exactly on time and the delivery was a simple process.
There is nothing I would do differently. The delivery men and Michael Ackerman were extremely professional. They moved out my old sofa and installed the new. I am very happy with Furniture Gallery of Long Island and will definitely use them again!
Customer service was great, Eddie was very courteous and professional along with patient made my wife and I feel at ease. I would highly recommend their store
Mike was the most helpful! He delivered our items on Sunday when it was convenient for us, assembled it, and gave us an amazing deal! He took the time to answer our questions.
