Michael and his team are great. They have a great variety of quality products, very fair prices (better than the many stores we visited on Rt. 110) and incredible customer service. We had shopped around and we are so happy we bought our king bed from Furniture Gallery of Long Island. Would HIGHLY recommend!
My husband and I found the perfect bedroom set, and real wood, at Furniture Gallery of LI. The service from the moment we walked into the store was fabulous... it was honest and friendly and not 20 sales guys rushing after you when you walk in. From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience selecting the furniture for my living room! Eddie was on hand , to answer all my questions and he was so helpful! I had ordered a recliner sofa and loveseat , made by Flexsteel. I already knew that this is quality furniture and I look forward to many years of enjoying the set! What a fantastic experience. Both Eddie and Mike went above and beyond helping us. They gave us time to make a decision with absolutely no pressure, allowed us to take fabric samples from the store and Mike even came to the house for the delivery. I will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. What a pleasure dealing with a local business.
We thoroughly enjoyed our purchasing experience with Michael and the staff at the Furniture Gallery of Long Island. They were professional, courteous and friendly. They helped us purchase the two bedroom sets that were right for us as they listened to our needs. We will be returning to the store to purchase new living room furniture in the near future.
