Communication was great. From start to end I received either a text message and email informing me of the next steps. I only gave 4 stars because I believe the towing company that is picking up the vehicle should be clearly identified by either a company id and paperwork stating they are the designated towing company. Otherwise a very easy pick up.
Quick and easy... driver called 20 mins before he came. Very happy to have the car gone
Very simple donation process! Even better, the tow truck driver and his son who then picked up my car showed up at my home on time, and were both very pleasant, and efficient, despite the fact that it was raining cats and dogs at the time!
